A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Why is my posting being censored? It was just about tomboys when I grew up and how they ended up ok. Played with the boys, got dirty, could catch and throw a ball with the best.
