Restorative Justice States Attorney, Kim Foxx aka Cabrini Kim, will dismiss all charges against black defendants since their arrest was likely a racist arrest because too many people of color are arrested and charged with serious crimes in relation to their percentage of the population. All white defendants will have their charges upgraded because of their white privilege. Case closed.
It’s going to be a mess for sure.
