Email lists, grass roots organizations, facebook groups. All the progressives in my town are all part of the same organizations and they are on email lists: VOTE FOR THESE PEOPLE WHEN YOU GET YOUR BALLOT IN THE MAIL. And 60% of the voters who voted did.
