A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I just finished reading an article about plastic pollution in oceans. 95% of all plastic debris comes from Asia. The rivers are just sewers where all garbage is dumped. The USA is so far down the list it’s blatently obvious the USA is very conscious about how waste it treated and are not responsible for the plastic waste issue.
