Unfortunately 99 percent of Illinoisans can’t comprehend what this story is about. They will listen to Pritzker’s second grade level analysis of state finances and think –hey, isn’t this a good thing? We need a lot more Wirepoints and Ted analysis to show people why the fiscal situation is getting worse despite what Moody’s and other rating agencies (who by the way are on the Pritzker payroll) say.
