A custodian at City Hall is worth more than 90% of PinHeads staff. As usual, Pinhead started at the wrong end – should have started at the top.

Juan Ramirez had been working at city hall for 20 years, and still needs an interpreter. Why does he refuse to learn English ?

From the article: Juan Ramirez, who has worked at City Hall for more than 20 years, told NBC Chicago through an interpreter that he was stunned by the news”. So Juan has been living and working in the USA for more than 20 years and he still cannot speak English? Is that typical of immigrant workers? That will certainly limit his job prospects.

Laying off the wrong people. Close underutilized schools and lay off all the staff and teachers associated with those schools. Wait-CTU won’t allow that, and Johnson is owed and paid for by CTU.
