If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.
So like Johnson, Harris too feels the need to congratulate himself for sticking around to raise the children he brought into the world. Since when did it become a badge of honor and a virtue worthy thing to do so? Basic human decency as a triumphant moment. Talk about low expectations.
