Great article. However, I wonder if it’s to late – so many in NE IL seem brainwashed, like they can’t fathom what Chicago and IL would be w/o corrupt leftist Democrats running the show. I mean, just look how Pritzker and Democrats are obsessed with late term abortion and infanticide – they are so extreme. And yet people vote for them.
I suggest we rename it Hobbesville after that long gone English philosopher who wrote about the kind of government which was necessary to keep life from becoming “nasty, brutish, and short.”

Democrats are transforming Illinois into a progressive utopia where progressive ideologies flourish.
