Hello, Indiana!

I’m curious as to how one long dead ghost town’s proximity to another one well on its way to becoming one holds any sort of promise? Should we get excited about East St. Louis while we’re at it? I’m sure the folks in Ohio are just giddy about good things soon to occur in East Cleveland. Face it, blight spreads after it drives all of the taxpayers out and attempts to reverse it are met with the hue and cry of “ gentrification “ by those left behind and subsequent lawsuits happily brought to court by ambulance chasing lawyers.
