In the Illinois case, federal judges in Chicago rejected U.S. Rep. Mike Bost's lawsuit, claiming he couldn't prove the extended ballot receipt and counting period actually harmed him.
This goes all the way back to Nixon vs Kennedy. Mayor Daley withheld Chicago and Cook County votes until all the votes from southern IL came in, mostly for Nixon, and then dumped in the necessary amount of votes for Kennedy to overcome Nixon’s. Tons of votes from the “river” wards where few people actually lived at that time. This was Daley’s method of late arriving and mail in ballots. Nothing new for Democrats.

The democrats who endorse counting late arriving ballots do this. Get the results, see if their candidate won, if not trusted sheep visit cemeteries and collect the needed votes to secure a win.

Mail in ballots should be postmarked one week prior to Election Day. After that they should not be counted. This would prevent stuffing the ballot box by either party once election results start coming in. But won’t be done in IL where Democrats protect fraudulent voting. IL refuses to require proof of citizenship, vote ID, and the Secretary of State refusal to notify the election board when people move.

How about a non- partisan, Federal level person to examine each and every mail in ballot that comes in a day or so prior to the election. The voided votes are then verified as such by one Dem official and one Republican official. The disputed ballots are then taken to a higher power to determine their validity. No tears, no “ look what I found “ boxes at 2 am when the poll watchers have been sent home and no U-Hauls backing into the loading dock in the wee hours.

Election DAY!! 1 Day pretty simple
Not 5 weeks of early voting or 3 weeks counting mail in votes.
In will county republicans are leading on election night a week later they lose go figure .
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
