The webinars and press conferences I have listened to since March have led me to a couple observations and a provisional point. The CDC, IDPH, and consequently the DuPage County Health Department, are consistently, constantly, far behind the curve. CDHD has the most accurate numbers for the county, but is at the mercy of the IDPH and the CDC for big picture information. CDC information has resulted in constantly shifting recommendations.
