A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Yep, the other stupid part of his question is “how are WE failing our youth?” WE…are not failing our youth. Since when is it society’s responsibility to deal with youth that haven’t been raised with any control or example. Government cannot fill the responsibility gap for biological parents who do not know any better or much less care. Government has built prOgram after prOgram that does nothing (But waste tax payer dollars) to change their behavior, increase their sense of responsibility or help them to move forward in their life. If we arrest these kids,we could meet the parents when they are forced to pick them up. Then ticket them for child curfew violations
