If Chicago has their federal funding cut, I am fairly certain the state won’t have extra money lying around. Illinois is broke – maybe someone should let her know.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
