A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
This behavior is not going to change anytime soon. These people have no idea how to behave in society and no idea what a meaningful existence is, a purpose driven life, a desire to raise a family and have the pride in their own success. No examples to follow. No family life. No idea. This is a deep multi-generational problem that at this point has no social program solution. Law Enforcement and removal from society of the criminals is the start of deterring future bad behavior…but without ANY penalty – nothing is going to change.
