Yup. It’s wrong to say Rahm is racist, but it’s pretty obvious the strategy for a long time has been to push the poor out of the city. One of the city’s bond offering documents bragged about how the city has swapped out lower income folks for higher earners.
If this bill passes, say goodbye to local control over all Illinois parks and expect to see open drug and alcohol use, needles, no sanitation and fire hazards, but no ordinary park users.

This trib article from Jan of 2017 completely contradicts Mr. Jones and says it all about the cha (city) sitting on section 8 voucher $ and instead using voucher $ to pay off cha debit. article is even backed by (union friendly )CTBA

Doesn’t IRS data contradict what the bond offering says? Or is that just at a state level vs local level?
