Chicago is the deadliest city for migratory birds. A city ordinance that would protect them is still in limbo – Chicago Tribune/MSN

The city has put off implementing a 2020 ordinance that would have given greater weight to bird protection measures on the list of criteria it uses to evaluate proposed new buildings. Planning officials say new standards will be released in early 2023 but provided no details.

The birds are going to Punta Gorda Florida just like all the Chitty of Chicago Cops are doing. The only way to get away from all the Pension debt that is killing everyone.
