National figures are having a ball with who he fingers (correctly), is responsible for the crime in the city.
Nope, SOCIETY is responsible for crime, because disinvestment and systemic racism are the root causes of crime. So we can’t really blame the criminal, it’s not his fault, he’s the victim, and when he commits crime, it’s not it fault, he has no other choice. Disinvestment and systemic racism compel him to commit crimes.
Brando found the root cause, and it was…..disinvestment! What a surprising revelation! And of course the answer is……free money! This grifter is nothing more than a worthless bag of wind. Toss him.
