A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I mean, Eddie Johnson came across as such a nice guy on TV and at press conferences too. But the second city cop blog hated the guy and the rank and file despised him. But they don’t like anybody so I didn’t give it much credence. He seemed to me at least like he was doing as good as job as he could do within the confines of a big city police department.
