Like I’ve said before the cost per pupil means nothing to the average parent who has a student in Douglas or any of the other public schools. Their costs out of pocket is close to zero since “Education shall be Free K-12). If on the other hand they them charged tuition on a per pupil basis for the local school there would be zero students enrolled in a blink of an eye even if they were to get reimbursed later at tax time. Imagine billing the parent $68K per child.
The purpose of CTU isn’t teaching. The purpose is to steal from taxpayers, groom children for pedophilia and act as domestic terrorists. That is CTU.
