Why does this happen?
Because it is not in the white suburbs. If it was it would be stopped.
Face the facts, white cops just drive by black crime. They only pick have EMS pickup the bodies and make reports.
It is over drug sales, the only job that is in Chicago. Businesses have left for greener grass. You can not tax them to death and expect them to stay. And it is going to get much worse.

I guess Chicagoans have gotten so numb to the weekly news they just don’t care any longer. What do we hear from Lori this week, or last week, or the week before about the scores of murders and shootings? Total silence. Oh, except she says over and over again we have to do better. No kidding. I guess she is used to it as well.

This is one of the reasons Chicago is turning into a third class city– the public officials do nothing and the citizens who voted them in just let it ride.
