You come and bring too many cars per home, too many people per single family home, loud noise (they call it music) inappropriate for back yards, poorly educated kids who have no respect for property or people. Overflow garbage containers constantly, most poorly contained leading to rats. Disregard traffic laws, parking restrictions, stop signs, speed limits, what yellow curbs mean. Chicago suburbs are not such islands. The property tax rate in suburbs is at minimum 150% that of Chicago. That alone disintegrates local economies: (household budgets can either pay for aberrant high taxes, or spend/save discretionary income in a stimulative fashion.
