After a spirited board meeting last night at Barrington School District 220, the decision was made to not require students in grades six through 12 to wear masks for the new academic school year indoors or out. “We feel it’s appropriate to return our child’s freedoms for something that really isn’t affecting them,” says Marsha McClary, a Barrington parent to five kids.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
