A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
I remember all the RECALL WALKER bumper stickers littering Madison like rats and roaches liter Chicago after the 2011 fight. Fortunately, the recall didn’t work and backfired spectacularly as he was reelected again in 2014. And Walker would have won a third term BUT FOR 38,764 Milwaukee absentee ballots for Evers magically appearing at the end of the night giving Evers a 29,000 vote lead, and ultimately causing Walker to lose. Crazy how that works, right?
