Unless the powers that be are willing to look at the actual perpetrators of these crimes without reverting to the classic race card , nothing will change.
I have heard many times about the “disproportionate ” numbers of POC incarcerated. Well it is simply because of the hard reality of a disproportionate number of crimes being committed by those same POC. More cops won.t make a difference at all. The only thing that will get things back in control are arrests, prosecutions and incarceration of guilty parties. Right now the only things happening are the arrests. The other two actions in the equation just aren’t happening under current SJW “leadership.” Result…Out of control crime every where in chicago.

Are the arrests happening? How much crime goes unreported or no suspect found? Sure the high profile crimes usually lead to an arrest, but the common catalytic converters thefts, burglaries, strong arm robberies and car jackings go unsolved.
