So, Pinhead, what happened to the E&Y Efficiency report and recommendations? Every single recommendation made by E&Y should have been implemented. Apparently not. Guess it is easier to spend another $1B on immigrants and law fair against the Federal Government…yeah, I get it…being efficient and on budget isn’t near as sexy as “Fighting Back against Trump”!
