Just want to know when I will receive a property tax rebate from valley view 365u since no school buses are running, no bus drivers needed, janitors etc etc etc.

Agreed. My school portion of my home and 2 rentals is approx $11K with no one using the public schools at all. I still don’t understand how the value of my property determines the cost of all the services offered to me. I pay a little more than one neighbor and a little less than the other yet we all get the same services but at a different cost. On the other side of Rockford there are many homes which pay almost no tax’s. One home pays $118.75 a year or $9.89 per month for the same everything/school/police/park/etc. I really… Read more »

Correct. I have been looking on where to move. This mad cow virus (not Covid) is spreading everywhere. Arizona temps are 110 or above everyday. Colorado is too expensive but very low tax’s 0.6% of total value. What will the country look like after the election regardless of who wins? No place will be safe.
