A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

Other “studies” have found that the extra (free) money decreases actual paid work. Also, like the lottery proceeds going to education, the survey takers realized that they should say something that makes it sound like they used the money wisely so they said it was spent on food, rent, utilities and transportation. In fact, it could have been diverted to purses, new car payments, restaurant food, etc.but honesty is not the best policy when public money is the subject. One could assume that if an individual qualifies for this latest largess they are probably already on public aid.
Preckwinkle needs to be stopped from taxing suburbs to fund Chicago. How many suburban residents will qualify? Vote her out!
