But a crew of hoodlums driving a stolen car, likely breaking dozens of traffic laws, driving around Vice City like it’s Grand Theft Auto, can mug 13 different times and not a single police officer was aware of them? This is completely insane if true.
The group was led by a very short black women who lept from a city SUV.
