And COVID, it really illuminated our response to that. You kind of pull back the curtain on what’s going on and we get greater visibility in there.”
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
