Unfortunately, he wants open borders for the United States. But never volunteers to take them in to the Vatican.
Some years ago he gave a talk in which he acknowledged that mass immigration is “a huge problem” and that illegal immigration is NOT allowed by Catholic teaching, nor is an open borders policy required. The right of countries to maintain order and enforce their laws must be balanced with the dignified treatment of individuals, he said.

True-The main reason for all the murders in Chicago is some adult had the gall to put ketchup on a hot dog decades ago. Mortal sin of biblical proportions. Even Moses knew not to do that. Look what happened to Pharaoh and the ten plagues when he put ketchup on a hot dog. Parting of the Red Sea was ketchup.
