OT: Read the article on stopping wage theft as it contains many new requirements for businesses and on those who employ home workers. It also encodes seniority requirements into call-backs for hotel workers. This call-back rule is ironic given the Governor’s insistence on keeping the extended federal unemployment in place–perhaps the more senior workers would appreciate more time unemployed but will lose their place if they don’t take a job within five days of offer.
