After the Danville City Council voted to approve an ordinance that would ban abortion access in the city, Attorney General Kwame Raoul released this statement that reads, in part, "Let me be clear: all residents of Illinois continue to enjoy the fundamental rights guaranteed to them under state law, and my office will continue to ensure that all localities in the state understand that access to reproductive health care is a fundamental right in Illinois."

While crime is rampant in Chicago streets Kwame concerns himself with forcing Chicago values upon downstate small communities with differing values.
Meanwhile the likes of Michael Madigan types rest easy at night knowing that the State’s legal structure ignores their crimes similarly while pushing individual citizens around. This is the desired life structure of Illinois because the voters demanded it.
Kwame- Why don’t you say to the people abstinence/virginity until you are older and ready you will avoid the need to have an abortion. Try to control your impulses and if you can’t talk to a doctor about birth control and safe sex to avoid STD’s. If you do not get pregnant “Abortion” is just a word in the dictionary. .
