This ‘delay’ is entirely to protect Democrat AKA Communist politicians in the upcoming November elections. Guaranteed that the day after the election all computer problems will be miraculously fixed. All tax bills will drop in the mail the day AFTER the election. Period. Know this: Democrats HATE you. Why keep voting for these tyrannical scum?

Corruption at its worse. “Be prepared for the unknown” – double-talk for “get ready to get screwed”. Typical Illinois BS!
