The official position of the US Senate is that is that former white prosecutors need not apply for federal judgeships. Just think about that for a second how totally racist that is.
He doesn’t get called out for it because every other Dem, and many republicans, believe the same.
If the rich white male Durbin really valued diversity he’d resign.
