Chicago’s political leadership is floating a pension buyout program as evidence it is seriously addressing the city’s thirty-six-billion-dollar unfunded pension liability, but Mark Glennon, founder of the Illinois policy research organization Wirepoints, said that the proposal moves debt from one column to another rather than reducing it, and that the broader fiscal picture facing the city continues to deteriorate across every measurable dimension. When the Senator for all of Illinois North of Interstate 74 speaks, the people should immediately ask if he profited at all from the corruption of Ed Burke or Mike Madigan. He was always at their Christmas parties.

Yes, I agree with him. Agencies should defy the DEI orders. That way Trump can fire the employees for subordination. DRAIN THE SWAMP!

If Durbin runs again for office VOTE him out of, the nerve to tell Government agencies to defy the President of the United States you are a evil person just like the last administration evil evil people.
We should “encourage” Illinois citizens to ignore statements of the radical leftist Dick Durbin. He is well past his “best use by” date, and is an embarrassment to mainstream Illinois citizens.
