"Chicago has made measurable progress in reforming its policing practices and training. Pushed and prodded by civil libertarians, community groups and others...the police department entered a federal consent decree to reform its ways after the killing of the aforementioned McDonald in 2014...But the Chicago Police Department has a long ways to go on true reform."

Scum Times, shut up. Thousands of cops deployed all over the nation engaged in conflict with domestic terrorists. Hundreds of cops injured by bricks, bottles, some stabbed, some shot at and what is the total of these looters, arsonists, assaulters, robbers etc being shot by the police? ZERO. This is another example of the Slum Times stirring the pot and inflaming the situation to satisfy their hunger for their ultra left wing agenda. Slum Times isnt suitable for puppy training or bird cage lining.
