Assistant to the City Manager Tasheik Kerr said 17 recipients chose a home improvement benefit, and 13 opted to use the money for mortgage assistance. The other recipients split their funds among these options.

So since my great great great grandfather served in the Union Army calvary in the Civil War am I paid up in Evanston? Do I get a break on my taxes? Are we good?
