The Tribune is misleading the public by stating the person can be held if they represent a public safety risk or risk to the community…the law says it must show a risk to a specific person. I guess if the other person is dead there’s no longer a threat.
Of course, I don’t read Trib articles. Under any circumstance. But Crap Fax summarized it. The crap fax and commenters whine and complain that ‘memeing’ of this law – as the Purge Law – is too difficult to refute because combating ‘misinformation’ requires lots of words and nuance.
