Federal lawsuit filed against Illinois State Police over FOID card delay – Center Square

"It is especially important now, with the surge in FOID applications as a response to recent civil unrest that has included looting and violence. Illinois residents expect efficiency, not excuses, and they haven’t been getting it," said Second Amendment Foundation founder and Executive Vice President Alan Gottlieb.

Put more staff on the job to facilitate the FOID card applications. Hopefully the lawsuit regarding the cards will succeed and FOID will go away

This is all done by design as the democratic scum plan to take guns from legal law abiding gun owners while allowing their constituents to commit gun crimes with no recourse because of Lori and Kim Foxx. I’ve been waiting since March for a renewal of CCL and FOID with no response.
