Female prison workers can sue IDOC over inmate obscene acts – The Black Chronicle

According to the complaint, the reported incidents occur nearly daily. Workers accused the defendants of opting against corrective action and affirmatively acting to cause or increase attacks. The women say the situation constitutes violations of Civil Rights Act Title VII protections against sex discrimination and hostile work environments.

Come on folks…it’s prison. It is a hostile work environment. No surprise there. What is the prison system supposed to do to control it…put them in jail? Charge them with another crime? Nope, this is just another way Illinois tax payers will get screwed and have to pay tax dollars to settle stupid law suits that shouldn’t happen.

Every time the inmates “whip it out” the workers should whip out their phones and video document the acts. Then send the videos to their local politicians, the media, and also post them online. That will get a quick response.

Maybe the sexual harassment offenders should be jailed?
