Fraud reports flood into IDES – Rockford Register-Star

"John Dunn of Springfield said he got a card Monday that was issued in his mother’s name. It was mailed to his address even though his mother never lived there. He knew the card was issued incorrectly because his mother died in 2016 at the age of 99. He said she hadn’t been employed for 25 to 30 years prior to that."
