A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.

The idiots in Springfield past a law that protects the utilities and their receivables.
They get to dicey up all non-collectible bills
And spread it to paying customers.
Hell I wish I didn’t have to pay my utilities.

The costs just get added on to the people who do pay their bills sooner or later.
Everyone is doing this Year Zero thing where everyone fakes like HOT WEATHER HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. A several day stretch of 90 degree weather for several days in June is not uncommon in Chicago’s history but everyone is making it out to be like this is craziness. Europe is getting in on this too, they’re using deep red colors across England because it hits 80 degrees, calling it a ‘heat wave’ even though this perfectly normal.
