Get $15,000 to move to Michigan and work remotely – Crain’s

A Michigan economic development group is rolling out a package of incentives—including $15,000 cash, driving range memberships and free passes on commuter rail—for Chicagoans who move to its slice of southwest Michigan. The Move to Michigan offer includes a grant of up to $15,000 to people who buy a home for $200,000 or more in selected ZIP codes that cover Bridgman, St. Joseph, Berrien Springs and a few other towns.

Everyone in Saginaw hates the Governor. If you like her, then you are so clueless to her and her misdeeds. She declined to prosecute Larry Nassar, the child rapist. She then lied about it, even tho the sheriff and victim came out and said her office declined to prosecute Nassar. Also, her summer home wasn’t far from Jeffery Epstein’s Michigan sex den he had outside of Traverse City.

Larry Nassar is serving 60 years in federal prison and 175 years in Michigan state prison. He was charged and put away. Just because Jeffery Epstein had a house in Interlochen, MI doesn’t mean a thing towards the Governor or elsewise. Her personal summer home is in Elk Rapids, MI. That is a 40 minute driving distance to Interlochen. Not even close.

I’m from lansing,MI and to be completely honest I don’t like her that much she abused her power way to much and saying how covid is killing people yea well so does the flu every year and they don’t mandate masks then the flu kills almost 100,000 or more every year but they dont hype it up then but a cornavirus is just a cold like yea covid is real and everything but all these numbers they’re coming out with for the deaths is COMPLETELY wrong and messed up there are hundreds of articles where they even say so like… Read more »

Nearly every other governor has imposed mask-wearing and most states — even conservative ones — had or have restrictions on businesses. States that at first rejected safety measures are now paying the price. It’s hilarious when people from one state claim their governor is a tyrant or that their state’s medical professionals are lying — every state is dealing with covid and has safety measures in place.

Your governor is doing what many others are.

Female has nothing to do with it. The Michigan Gov. has a terrible – and terminal – case of TDS and it has manifested through her awful and destructive policy decisions. 2018 was the year the progressive candidates were elected everywhere, including Gretchen, not because they were competent, but solely because they said all of the right things. Unfortunately for the citizens they govern, their ideas have all failed miserably, and hopefully they are all unceremoniously booted out of office post haste.

A statewide concern: Illinois’ population decline outpaces neighboring states – Wirepoints on ABC20 Champaign

“We are not in good shape” Wirepoints’ Ted Dabrowski told ABC 20 Champaign during a segment on Illinois’ latest population losses. Illinois was one of just three states to shrink in the 2010-2020 period and has lost another 300,000 people since then. Ted says things need to change. “It’s too expensive to live here, there aren’t enough good jobs and nobody trusts the government anymore. There’s just other places to go where you can be more satisfied.”
