A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
So the companies come up with numbers showing losses and pass some envelopes stuffed with cash around in Springrad and it’s business as usual with very little change.
