What will the media do when one of these no bail offenders murders someone in Illinois? Answer: Look the other way for the good of the “cause”.
The DA in Milwaukee was quoted as saying that they knew it was inevitable, but that should not stop reform. He was right, as proven by the Wausau Christmas parade murders.
