Governor can shut down any part of state by ‘adjusting’ positivity rate, says state senator – Center Square

State Sen. Dave Syverson, R-Rockford, said the positivity rate shouldn’t be the trigger. “It makes no sense. These are bureaucrats making bureaucratic decisions.” Syverson said limiting bars and restaurants will bring thousands of layoffs and businesses have a right to sue the state.

This all started to help the hospitals from being overfilled and over taxing the medical staff. The power to close a region or a state is so FAR into Prirzker and others like him (Cuomo and Newsom). They then continued to say other reasons for shutting down states. There is nothing that they have put forth that is “science”. FauXi and others like him just give them FALSE info.2020 has been the absent year. This JABBA just knows nothing.
