Here’s What Can Reopen in Each of Illinois’ Tiers and Phase 4 – NBC5 (Chicago)

Almost all of Illinois can begin to loosen coronavirus restrictions, with only two regions remaining under the Tier 3 mitigations, the state's health department announced Monday. Much of the Chicago area will be under Tiers 2 and 3, with a few counties reaching Tier 1.

“the state will launch multiple health care staffing contracts to help increase hospital staffing, thereby increasing the number of “staffed” beds available for coronavirus patients.”
Ten months after the first lock down and just days before Biden takes office they loosen the threshold and add additional hospital staffing. Hate to sound like a conspiracy theorist but based on the timing this sure sounds like a conspiracy to me.

Just wonder we’re the staffing is going to come from, we are in a mass shortage of nurses across this country now.
