Rep. Latoya Greenwood sponsored a bill to look into the high rates of infant mortality in the African American community. This can be somewhat easily solved to reduce the mortality rates. It can be done for around $1.00/day. The main reasons are low Vitamin D3-low magnesium-lack of Omega 3’s-low folate levels-lack of probiotics.
