But every member of the Chicago area's congressional delegation—except for the now-retired Adam Kinzinger, R-Channahon—sent out a press release claiming big wins for their district.
A largely unasked question is becoming glaring: Is Illinois doing all it should to use artificial intelligence to make government cost less and work better? So far, the evidence says no.
