There’s little accounting on days off when my wife was a teacher she called friends to sub, the day off was totally off the time sheet books.

Saw this coming a mile away. Teachers begged for make-up days. We all knew the quality of teaching on those make-up days would not be worth the cost, even if they did show up. Yet Lightfoot succumbed anyway.
Who’s gonna be the first person to FOIA the CPS teacher attendance numbers for the 1st day after the strike? It was a Friday.
